Spiderman Reboot!

So, we got the word just today about the rebooting of the Spiderman movie franchise, personally I love what Raimi did with his run but I do agree that part 3 was the weakest of the bunch, but hey like a lot of you I am left up in the air. Like what of all these talks that Raimi and McGuire was coming back and Malkovitch was going to be the Vulture (which I was excited for...) I really wish they would have used Bruce Campbell for Mysterio, but alas that has all gone to the wayside. Well here's looking forward to the future of old webhead which I have been following since he was on the small screen (ex. clip below), and I really hope that someone who really cares about him will take and create something that could blow all our expectations away!

    Well, apparently Raimi left because he didn't like the way the studio was trying to force his hand into making movies he didn't want to make. I have to admit that I'm a little irked that it seems they are going to go all the way back to High School again... but I guess I could still be won over if it's done well.
